The Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures offers 16 bachelor’s degree courses and 8 master’s degree courses, with a total of over 2,000 students.

We employ over 200 academic teachers, mainly in linguistics and literary studies.

Our Faculty consists of six units: the Institute of English Studies, the Institute of Romance Studies, the Institute of Slavic Studies, the Institute of Classical, Mediterranean and Oriental Studies, the Erasmus Chair of Dutch Studies, and the Department of Jewish Studies.
